Important information

• Our billboard is 55 x 31 ft and it is located at 1560 Broadway (between 46th and 47th Street), right above the Pelé store.

Opening Hours

Your image will be displayed at the same time every hour between 12:00am –
11:59pm on the date reserved.

Instructions

• After purchase you will receive instructions to upload your image and select your custom frame. Once you select the date for your image or video to display submit the unique code from your ticket to check-out. You will receive an email confirming the exact time your image will display each hour on the billboard. Please upload your image within 24. hours of purchase to ensure availability. On the day of your Times Square Billboard experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your confirmed time slot to ensure you can view the billboard. Your image will be displayed at the same time every hour between 12:00am –11:59pm on the date reserved.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, written or verbal notification must be received at least 24 hours in advance. “No Shows” where no image has been uploaded for reservations that have been confirmed directly with Welcome to Times Square and inventory has been assigned will require full payment.
