What's included

Bathrobes, sandals, and towels are provided upon entry

You need to bring a bathing suit
You must be 21 years or older to enter the wellness center. A valid ID will be required and checked upon entry.
QC NY Spa is a coed spa with separate male/female changing rooms.
It is recommended that customers be on the Governors Ferry 45 minutes before their check in time to ensure on time arrival.
It is not recommended to visit the spa if you are pregnant, suffer from a heart condition, have high blood pressure, recently underwent surgery, or have any other significant illness. Please consult your doctor and call our center at +1 646-402-9647 for further information.
QC NY is open 365 days a year precluding dangerous weather conditions, states of emergency, or other unforeseen advisories that would force the ferry system to temporarily close. Manhattan ferries leave daily from the Battery Maritime Building at 10 South Street, which is included with your entry ticket to the spa. To get to 10 South Street, take the subway to South Ferry (1 Train), Bowling Green (4 and 5 Train), or Whitehall Street (R Train). You can also arrive on buses M9, M15, M20, or M55.
When disembarking from the Manhattan ferry at Soissons Landing, walk up the hill and make a right on Andes Road and QCNY will be on your right, in the buildings between LMCC's Arts Center and Castl

Unused tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours prior to scheduled use date. Tickets within 48 hours of their scheduled use date are non-refundable.
